Getting Started with DBSync

DBSync main purpose is to integrate data between different databases. It does this using a process, and in most cases, that process is also known as a "business process". Business processes are defined by the business or organization that is using DBSync to synchronize their data between two or more databases.

Processes use adapters to connect to different databases through a process used by DBSync called ETL or "Extract, Transform, and Load".

Profiles are the structure and format of the source and destination data. A profile contains processes which contain maps that transform the source profile into the destination profile.

The subsections of this section of the wiki will further discuss core concepts, navigation, and selecting your integration configuration.
