This error occurs when you update the payments from salesforce Salesforce to Quickbooks Online.

Reason:

The payment was previously inserted through DBSync with the Payment ID value from Salesforce. However, the value was later deleted in QuickBooks Online, As now your are trying . As a result, when you try to update that value in QuickBooks, you get an error.

Solution:

Delete the abovementioned above mentioned Payment ID in salesforceSalesforce and then, and re-run the sync payment.
