Salesforce API Version 39.0

In this build, we have upgraded the Salesforce connector to support the Salesforce API version of 39.0. Till earlier release we used to support the API version of 32.0 and with this new release Salesforce connector can be used to connect with version 39.0.

Last Successful Start Run Session Variable Fix

In earlier release a bug was raised concerning Last Successful Start Run which was not getting updated after the successful process run, In this release we have fixed this issue.

Minor Fixes 

1. MSCRM Online connector: Fixed issues in metadata call.
2. Sage connector: Added additional logs which are helpful while debugging in case of data sync failures.
