DBSync for Salesforce ChannelAdvisor & NetSuite QuickBooks integration template is easy to use integration solution to integrate Salesforce ChannelAdvisor Accounts, Contacts, Products, Opportunity with NetSuite QuickBooks Customers, Contacts, Items, Invoices and vice-versa. Although the template of Salesforce ChannelAdvisor and NetSuite QuickBooks comes as one project, for better explanation the data flow is broken down into two sections 

1. Data flow from Salesforce ChannelAdvisor to NetSuiteQuickBooks: This section explains the data flow from Salesforce ChannelAdvisor to NetSuite QuickBooks platform and sensationalized as per entity so that readers can understand the integration requirement and configure their template without any help from DBSync support team. 

   1. Account Integration: The customer integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the account object of Salesforce ChannelAdvisor and integrating with NetSuite QuickBooks as customers.

   2. Contact Integration: The contact integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from contact object of Salesforce ChannelAdvisor and integrating with NetSuite QuickBooks as contacts.

   3. Product Integration: The product integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the product object of the Salesforce ChannelAdvisor and integrating with NetSuite QuickBooks as items.

   4. Opportunity Integration: The opportunity integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the opportunity object of Salesforce ChannelAdvisor and integrating with NetSuite QuickBooks as invoices.

2. Data flow from NetSuite QuickBooks to SalesforceChannelAdvisor: This section explains the data flow from NetSuite QuickBooks platform to  Salesforce and  ChannelAdvisor and sensationalized as per entity so that the readers can understand the integration requirement and configure their template without any help from DBSync support team. 
   1. Customer Integration: The customer integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from customer object of NetSuite QuickBooks and integrating with Salesforce ChannelAdvisor as Accounts.
   2. Contact Integration: The contact integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from contact object of NetSuite QuickBooks and integrating with Salesforce ChannelAdvisor as contacts.
   3. Item Integration: The item integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the item object of NetSuite QuickBooks and integrating with the Salesforce ChannelAdvisor as products.
   4. Invoice Integration: The invoice and its line items integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the invoice object of NetSuite QuickBooks and integrating with the Salesforce ChannelAdvisor as the opportunity and its line items.
   5. Payment Integration: The payment integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from Invoice/payment details object of NetSuite QuickBooks and integrating with the Salesforce ChannelAdvisor as receivables.

To facilitate the data flow between Salesforce ChannelAdvisor and NetSuiteQuickBooks, user has to do the following

• • Have a valid license to DBSync NetSuite QuickBooks and Salesforce ChannelAdvisor connector.
  • Should have a valid username, password, account id to access NetSuite QuickBooks web service, and application ID.
  • Should have a valid username, password of the Salesforce ChannelAdvisor production instance.
  • The connections have been rightly configured to the respective applications via connector page of this standard template provided by DBSync.

1. Go to www.mydbsync.com & register for Free Trial. Ensure that Source & Target Adapters are Salesforce ChannelAdvisor & NetSuite QuickBooks respectively and fill in the user registration form to complete registration.
2. An email would have been triggered from dbsync-notification@mydbsync.com to the registered email id. Click on the activation link to activate your DBSync account
3. Login to your DBSync account, click on template library and Import the Salesforce ChannelAdvisor & NetSuite QuickBooks - Bidirectional Integration template to your workspace.
4. Clicking on "Launch Development studio" will redirect the user to connectors landing page, configure both of salesforce ChannelAdvisor and NetSuite QuickBooks connectors respectively by following the steps as listed in the link NetSuite QuickBooks Connector
5. Now run the integration by following the steps listed in the latter section "Running The Integration".

1. Using "Run Now" button from process listing page of DBSync.
2. Using "DBSync scheduler".
