To run the integration manually, follow the steps below:

  1. Start your free trial on Login to DBSync through the URL- "https://www.mydbsync.com/

  2. Create an Account for a new user.

  3. Choose the preferred package from the list -"Starter, Enterprise On-Premise and Enterprise On-Cloud" to "Get Started" by registering with business email.

  4. Follow the instructions sent on the email Id and setup the user profile.

  5. Login to the DBSync Cloud Workflow accountSteps to login DBSync Cloud Workflow Account.

    1. Go to My Account option and click on Customer Login.

    2. Login Page: Enter the Username, Password and click on Sign-in.

    3. Forgot Password: Reset your password to log-in again.

    Note

    In the case of QuickBooks Desktop, the user can go to the web connector to run to schedule the sync.

  6. Once logged in, click

    Project

    Connector"-

    Enter a preferred name and "Save" to view the project on the listing page.

  8. "Processes"- Enter a preferred name and "Save" to view the process on the listing page.

  9. "Connector"-

      Go to connectors to validate or re-connect the connection again. For more details, how to Create a New Connector as shown below.

  10. "Delete"- To Delete the Connector and all of its components from the system. Once deleted, a user will not be able to recover connector details, or any of its components, from the system.
  11. Once, Connector validation successful, then click on Processes. Select the process from the list and click on edit.
  12. "Workflows" - Select the Workflow from the list and change the status to On and Off and click on edit. Note: Read more in details link: WorkFlow
  13. "Trigger" - User Add n-number of conditions for the query being built and loads up the whole of the source schema with the table. Note: Read more in details link: Trigger
  14. "Rule" - User Add a new rule and select the target to map the source fields to target fields. Note: Read more in details link: Rules
  15. "Logs" - Users will have an option to filter records based on search, Level, and Step. Users can download files to the local file system. Note: Read more in details link: Logs
  16. Scheduler - Can be run manually by using the Run Button. Note: Read more in details link: Scheduler
  17. Click on Run Now to start the Workflow process

  18.  Projects -  Click on edit to go to the Processes.
  19.  Process - Run the current process, or select the correct process to go to the workflow.
  20.  WorkFlow - If needed change the status from on and off if required and click on edit to change the workflow.
  21. If a user needs to change in mapping fields, Source and Target details then go to the trigger and rule section to update the details.

  22. Run Now: Click on Run Now to start the Sync.
  23.  Logs - Once the sync runs, it can be monitored via logs and the user can download the logs in case of any errors. For any queries to reach out to the DBSync support team.
  24. Scheduler - For Cloud-based application, we can use the DBSync scheduler to Schedule the sync.
