  1. Start your free trial on "https://www.mydbsync.com/

  2. Create an Account for a new user.

  3. Choose the preferred package from the list -"Starter, Enterprise On-Premise and Enterprise On-Cloud" to "Get Started" by registering with business email.

  4. Follow the instructions sent on the email Id and setup the user profile.

  5. Login to the DBSync Cloud Workflow account.

  6. Once logged in, click on Development Studio and go to the DBSync Project page.
  7. "ProjectConnector"- Enter a preferred name and "Save" to view the project on the listing page.

  8. "Processes"- Enter a preferred name and "Save" to view the process on the listing page.

  9. "Connector"- Click on edit to validate the connection and go to the Project.

      1.  "Edit"- Enter the Connector details

      2. Click on Validate on validate Connection and Save.
      3. "Delete"- To Delete the Connector and all of its components from the system. Once deleted, a user will not be able to recover connector details, or any of its components, from the system.
      4. Once, Connector validation successful, then click on Processes. Select the process from the list and click on edit.
  10. "WorkflowsProject" - Select the Workflow from the list and change the status to On and Off and click on edit. Note: Read more in details link: WorkFlow
  11. "Trigger" - User Add n-number of conditions for the query being built and loads up the whole of the source schema with the table. Note: Read more in details link: Trigger
  12. "Rule" - User Add a new rule and select the target to map the source fields to target fields. Note: Read more in details link: Rules
  13. "Logs" - Users will have an option to filter records based on search, Level, and Step. Users can download files to the local file system. Note: Read more in details  Click on edit to go to the Processes.

  14. "Processes"- Run the current process, or select the correct process to go to the workflow.

  15. "Workflows" - If needed change the status from on and off if required and click on edit to change the workflow.

  16. If anything needs to change then go the trigger and rule section.

    2. "Rule" - Read more in details about rule click on this link: Rules
  17. Run Now: Click on Run Now to start the Workflow process.
  18. "Logs"- Once the sync runs, the sync can be monitored via logs and you can download the logs in case of any errors. If users have any query then reach out to the DBSync support team.

  19. Scheduler - Can be run manually by using the Run Button. In the case of QuickBooks Desktop user can go to the web connector to run to schedule the sync. For, rest of the Cloud-based application we can use the DBSync scheduler to Schedule the sync.

    Click on Run Now to start the Workflow process.
