DBSync for Salesforce & Shopify integration template is easy to use integration solution to integrate Salesforce Accounts, Products and  Opportunities with Shopify Customers, Products and Opportunities. DBSync provides bidirectional sync between Salesforce and Shopify with the pre-built field to field mappings along with flexibility for more complex and dynamic mapping capabilities. DBSync with an automatic online update, enables customers to enjoy all the product updates and features with every new release.

The data flow of bidirectional integration between QuickBooks & NetSuite is shown in the below table.

The template of Salesforce and Shopify comes as one project with the following data flows:

1. Data flow from Salesforce to Shopify: This section explains the data flow from Salesforce to Shopify platform and presented as per entity so that readers can understand the integration requirement and configure their template without any help from DBSync support team.

   
   

   1. Product Integration: The product integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the product object of the Salesforce and integrating with Shopify as products.

   2. Opportunity Integration: The opportunity integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the opportunity and oportunityline items object of Salesforce and integrating with Shopify as Orders and Orderline items.

2. Data flow from Shopify to Salesforce: This section explains the data flow from the Shopify platform to  Salesforce and presented as per entity so that the readers can understand the integration requirement and configure their template without any help from DBSync support team.
   
   
   1. Account Integration: The customer integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from channel object of Shopify and integrating with Salesforce as Accounts.
   2. Product Integration: The product integration data flow constitutes retrieving data from the product object of Shopigy and integrating with the Salesforce as products.
   3. Order Integration: The invoice and its line items integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the invoice object of Shopifyf and integrating with the Salesforce as opportunity and order.
      
      

To facilitate the data flow between Salesforce and NetSuite, user has to do the following

• • Have a valid license to DBSync Shopify and Salesforce connector.
  • Should have a valid username, password, account id to access Shopify web service, and application ID.
  • Should have a valid username, password of the Salesforce production instance.
  • The connections have been rightly configured to the respective applications via connector page of this standard template provided by DBSync.

1. Go to www.mydbsync.com & register for Free Trial. Ensure that Source & Target Adapters are Salesforce & Shopify respectively and fill in the user registration form to complete registration.
2. An email would have been triggered from dbsync-notification@mydbsync.com to the registered email id. Click on the activation link to activate your DBSync account
3. Login to your DBSync account, click on template library and Import the Salesforce & Shopify - Bidirectional Integration template to your workspace.
4. Clicking on "Launch Development studio" will redirect the user to connectors landing page, configure both of Salesforce and Shopify connectors respectively by following the steps as listed in the link Shopify Connector
5. Now run the integration by following the steps listed in the latter section "Running The Integration".

DBSync integration of Salesforce & Shopify can be triggered by

1. Using "Run Now" button from process listing page of DBSync.
2. Using "DBSync scheduler".

The user has to login to DBSync with his valid credentials and hit the "Run Now" button from the process listing page or from the workflow listing page.
