• QBW32.EXE- Fatal Application Exit- Aborting Application: QuickBooks is now terminating
• Randomly shutting down with no error message 

While working in QuickBooks versions 2013 and higher and if application shuts down with Unrecoverable Error, Fatal Application Exit Error or no error at random intervals:
Solution:
If you were aborted from QuickBooks with the Fatal Application error:

• You can Restart/ Re-open QuickBooks Application and continue to work.
• Suppose if still error occurs then, This error indicates a problem with your company database.
