DBSync Cloud Workflow (iPaaS) : Changing product status of Products from Draft to Active when synced from QB to MSCRM

Issue:

The Quickbooks Items to MSCRM Products Integration will create a Products in MSCRM with default status as Draft.

Description:

Whenever you are trying to sync Items from Quickbooks to MSCRM. By default, it creates the products in MSCRM with Draft status.


Resolution: 

  1. Open the Setting tab and follow the below navigation.

Setting tab ?? System Setting ??Sales

  1. Under Sales Tab Select whether products to be created inactive state as yes.
