Issue : The Integration break if the values in pick list does not match between an instance of Salesforce and QuickBooks.

Description : It is very important that when you sync a pick list value from an instance of Salesforce to QuickBooks or vice-versa. The pick list values should be exactly the same in both Salesforce and QuickBooks. Let's say you try to integrate between Salesforce instance and QuickBooks where pick list values are not same then you would be getting the below error from Logs of your project.

Resolution : I''ll explain with an example, I have the below values in Salesforce and QuickBooks and are explained in steps.

In Account object of Salesforce, The field "Type" is holding values as shown in below image.

And in QuickBooks, customer type is having the below values too,

In this case, you can see there is no value called prospect in the Customer type field in QUickBooks which caused the sync to break. Here, to avoid this error, you should add the value, prospect to the customer type field of QuickBooks.
