- Accounts
What is the importance of Accounts?
Accounts is an Object where the contact details of individuals, organizations, companies, customers, vendors, competitors, partners, etc will be stored.
- You can save the accounts view for future reference and select it from the dropdown menu
- The saved accounts can be edited from the Edit button and you can make necessary changes needed before saving the same.
2A. There are four steps involved to edit accounts view and they are
- Enter View Name
- Specify Filter Criteria
- Select Fields to Display
- Restrict Visibility
2B. The Delete button helps you to delete the view one which you are currently viewing, on clicking the Delete Button a warning message pops up and to delete the view you just need to click on YES in the popup message
2C. Create New View is similar to the Edit View which allows you to create a new view. The screen is very similar to the Edit View screen
- To create a new Account click on New Account
3A. A new page will be opened and you need to select a appropriate description for the account which you are about to create from the Dropdown menu and then click on Continue button
3B. On pressing on the Continue Button a new page appears and you need to enter the appropriate data of in the new record and Save it by clicking on the Save button.
