- Click on Launch, DBSync Profiles will be displayed in the next tab.
- Click on Quick Start.
- Configure DBSync with QuickBooks Web connector. The detailed step by step process of configuration is shown in the following link. Configuring DBSync with QuickBooks WebConnectorWeb Connector.
- Based on the requirement appropriate steps must be enabled before running the integration.
- To migrate QuickBooks Customer to Salesforce Accounts, select CustomerToAccount from the left column. In the “Last Success Run” edit the date from when you want to Migrate the data and Click on Save.
- To migrate QuickBooks Items to Salesforce Products, select ItemServiceToProduct from the left column. In the “Last Success Run” edit the date from when you want to Migrate the data and Click on Save.
- To migrate QuickBooks Invoice to Salesforce Opportunity, select InvoiceToOpportunity from the left column. In the “Last Success Run” edit the date from when you want to Migrate the data and Click on Save.
- Similar procedure can be followed to migrate Items belonging to Item types Inventory, Non-Inventory, Discount, Other Charge and Sales Tax and the transactions of type Estimate, SalesOrder, SalesReceipt, CreditMemo.
