Credit Memo and Refund Functionality
Prerequisite: After Installing the package, change the Page Layout Assignment.
- Open any Receivable Record and click on view fields through Force.com Quick Access Menu

- Then Click on Credit Memo and select the Page Layout as Credit Memo Layout. Similarly Click on Invoice, Refund and Sales Order and select the respective Invoice, Refund and Sales Order Layout.

Credit Memo and Refund Functionality
Credit Memo
- Create Credit Memo from the Invoice- You can directly create the Credit Memo from the Invoice to which it belongs.
Click on Credit Memo Button from the Invoice Page
Select the Line Items and its Quantity for which Credit Memo is required to be created. Then click on create.
Once you click on create, the Credit Memo will be created with the selected Line Items and selected Quantity. The Credit Memo will contain the link for related Invoice and Unapplied Unapplied amount field amount in this case will be Zero (0) i.e. the same Credit Memo cannot be applied again to any other Invoice.
The concerned Invoice will show the remaining balance as Invoice Balance against which either a new Credit Memo can be created or Payment can be received.
Apply Credit Memo to Invoices
Create Credit Memo- This is applicable in case Credit Memo is not created directly from the Invoice as discussed above.
In this case create Credit Memo manually
Click on Apply Credit Memo to Invoices Button

You will find all the Invoices with outstanding balances to which Credit Memo can be applied

Refund
1. Process Refund through Credit Memo- If Credit Memo is not applied to Invoices as discussed above, in that scenario, Refund can be processed against the Credit Memo.
Once you have manually created Credit Memo, click on Refund ButtonImage Added
Enter the refund amount to be processed and the account (Bank or Credit Card) through which you want to process the Refund. Then click on Process Refund.Image Added

Getting Started
Create Invoice from Sales Order when PO is already created from the Sales Order
Earlier once PO is created from Sales Order, it was not allowing to create Invoice from the same Sales Order. This issue has been fixed now.
You can create PO as well as Invoice from the same Sales Order
