Email notification fix

In earlier release the there was an failure for when ever the processes fail, the email notification that were sent when process was failed due to some reasonnot sent to the specified recipients due to internal system error. This fix is done and from now on, the specified email address receipients will get the log via email notification when ever there is process run failure.
