Issue:
Uninstalling DBSync solution package from SalesforceMSCRM. The DBSync solution package will would not uninstall get uninstalled unless , all the DBSync custom fields , and buttons or links are removed from the page layouts of the respective Salesforce objects.
Error:
The above screen shot illustrates that unless all the DBSync custom fields, buttons or links are removed from the page layouts of the respective Salesforce objects, the DBSync solution package cannot be uninstalled from the Salesforce instanceMSCRM objects or the imported DBSync package (managed or un-managed) is deleted.
Solution:
Use The following are the following procedures to uninstall the DBSync package from the Salesforce MSCRM instance:.
1.Open the Salesforce object’s page layout, where the DBSync page layout customization has been done. For example, Account object.
2. Remove all DBSync custom fields, buttons or links from its page layout - as shown below:
3.Repeat the same procedures to remove DBSync custom fields, buttons or links, from all Salesforce Objects.

5. Scroll down and select any one of the following options depending your requirements:

6. Then, check the following:

Login to your MSCRM Dynamics instance(online or on-premise) where DBSync package is imported as shown.
2.Go to Setting?? Customization ?? Solutions and open it by clicking on it as shown
3.Check the ckeckbox of DBSync package and click on Delete in order to delete the DBSync package as shown
Once the DBSync package is un-installed, DBSync would no longer exist in your MSCRM.
