The dashboard has 4 sections:

  1. Backup Overview

This section provides all the information about the backup process completed on a particular day and the results are color coded to notify Success, Attention Needed and Temporary Errors. The google workspace which includes Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts and Calendar can be seen listed under this section with color codes depicting the status of the backup and errors if any. You can also click view logs and you will be redirected to the logs screen. 

 

2. Backup Size

This section provides daily information of total backup size. This helps the user to keep a track of the total storage utilized and available.

3. Apps Summary

This section provides a detailed description of the various particulars that are added, updated, deleted , the total size and the last date of sync application wise for Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts and Google Calendar

4. Summary

This section is a count summary of the number of active and inactive users along with the total storage utilized.
