QuickBooks Desktop Company File's Data is Rebuilt

ISSUE: As QuickBooks company file data is rebuilt, The large volume of data integrates between QB and SF and the web connector takes a more than usual time to complete the sync.

SOLUTION: 

Whenever the client tells you that they have rebuilt the QB company File, then ask them to drop an email when they are done with the rebuilding of the QB Company file. As the rebuilding of QuickBooks company file results in modifying all the records, then DBSync will start querying all the records and sync usually takes a lot of time to complete the sync.

STEPS TO CARRYOUT

Login to the client's DBSync account Then set the last successful run date to the current date. Then click on save.

Or Note down all the work-flows that were enabled earlier, and disable all the work-flows. Only enable the initial set up and initiate the sync. So that the last successful run will update to the current date and time.

Then enable the workflows that were enabled earlier. Then onwards only the records that are modified after the last successful run will be picked and synced to SF. Which will not take a lot of time to complete the sync.
