The search can be done in two ways , One way is by  "Global Search" panel located   and "Advanced Search". The Global Search panel is located on the top right corner of the every page. The another way to search is use the " Advanced Search" functionality  functionality is available on the landing page of the site. When you perform the a search, the search result replaces the left side menu of this on the site. To return from result your search results back to the Table of content Content, click on the DBSync icon located on the left right corner of the page which shall load the actual Table of content related to this site. This will load the site's Table of Content.

To use a search, one has to enter the text in the Search text box and hit press the search button. Optionally, If conducting advanced search can be performed just by inserting the , insert Search Parameters like AND, OR, NEAR and NOT with the search text. The You can also use Wild card in your search can also be performed by bracing by adding an asterisk * in the search text with * marks


After a search is performed on this site, the site will return the following.

  • The number of results results. 
  • The search text in the Search Text Box Box. 
  • The Topics that contains contain the search text.
  • The right pane with advanced filters - like Where, What, When, Who.

Other Ways To Get Help 

In the application as shown in the image you can select the appropriate resource to get three forms of help.

  • The community portal of DBSync is used to view knowledge articles, ask questions , and read posts submitted by subject matter experts. To collaborate with the other users and, to contribute towards the knowledge base, you must have community login credentials.
  • To learn more about the know how of the DBSync , You can click on DBSync's Wiki link and navigate through its table Table to content to land on the specific articleContent to a topic of your interest.
  • To raise a ticket, You can simply  Email the support by which your case is team. Your case will be assigned to a support engineer and a user . You will be notified via Email about the progression status of the case till closure via Emails- from start to its closure.
