DBSync is a J2EE complaint application which can run in any J2EE container like Tomcat, JBoss, WebShere or others as a WAR deployment. By default, installation folder of DBSync On-Premise version comes along with Tomcat.
Operating Systems
As DBSync is a Java based application, it can run on any Java supported platforms like windows, linux and unix. It is also supported for both 32bit and 64bit processors by installing the appropriate Java VM and J2EE container.

Software Requirement

To know which version of Java is installed in your machine, open the command prompt and type "java - version" which will return the java installed on your machine, Alternatively you can also open the your root folder, navigate to program files to check if the folder "Java" exist in it or not . If exists then java is installed on your machine and if not you can install from the following link

DBSync's iPaaS is built on responsive design which support almost all the popular web browser and makes your user experience intuitive, appealing and readable to configure and build your integration with ease of use. However , we recommend using the following browsers which have been tested to provide the user with best experience while working on web.

Useful hint
- All browsers must have cookies and java script enabled.
- Browsers which use the latest version of Webkit, Blink or Gecko are not directly supported
- For Firefox, apart from the stable versions there is also a support for the latest Extended Support Release of the chrome.
- Internet Explorer 8 & 9 are also supported but please be aware that some CSS 3 and HTML 5 elements are not fully supported
- Make sure to turn on for the DBSync Website, iPaaS from your browser setting, sometimes the browser may block the pops up which might not open few of modal windows.
- The platform may not function in older Internet Explorer compatibility modes, To be sure you are the using latest rendering mode you can check from debugging tools- > Press F12 and check the property "Document Mode".
