vii. chpwd

In profile section user can update a password for Source connection ("Salesforce and Microsoft CRM") or Database connection.

Usage

admin (.bat or .sh) chpwd <<profile>> <<options>>

profile: the profile as set in DBSync

options:

application.password=<<password>>

db.password=<<password>>

While using the command line in windows, parameter with equal (=) operator has to be enclosed in double quote (" ").

Update application password (Salesforce and Microsoft CRM)

Linux

./admin.sh chpwd myprofile application.password=abc

Windows

admin.bat chpwd myprofile "application.password=def"

Update Database password

Linux

./admin.sh chpwd myprofile db.password=abc

Windows

admin.bat chpwd myprofile "db.password=def"
