A workflow is a collection of one Trigger and set of Rules required to perform an integration; . The below screenshot illustrates the workflow listing page ,all the . All workflows have sequence in order of execution ,. All a user has to do is to just drag and move to change the order of sequence .

The statuses can be set to on or off , 'On or Off', directly from this the page itself. The An On status will enable a workflow for execution  either to execute - either by schedule or by Run now action, off . An Off status will disable a workflow for execution either by schedule or by Run now actionfrom executing.

The properties Properties can also be set by selecting the appropriate fields and clicking on save, in case if users changes . If a user wants to erase all earlier setting settings then he has to enter backspace where ever required and save them, s/he can use the backspace button. Once done, s/he can save the changes.

Create, Edit, Delete Workflow

A logged-in user can create a workflow , by clicking on "Create New Workflow" - located on the top right section of the page, can be seen from the above screen.as shown above.. 

  1. A pop-up screen will open, prompting . It will prompt the user to enter the a preferred name of own choice.
  2. Clicking on Save will save the workflow and . A saved workflow will be shown in the workflow listing page as a first record at the top of liston the workflow listing page.
  3. Clicking on Cancel will cancel creating a new workflow and redirect the user to workflow listing page.
  4. Clicking on "Edit" button will open the workflow detail page which contains the sections of Trigger and Rules.
  5. Clicking on "Delete" button will delete the workflow and all of its components from the system which the user Once deleted, a user will not be able to recover workflows, or any of its components, from the system.
