Uninstalling DBSync solution package from Salesforce. The DBSync solution package would will not get uninstalled uninstall unless, all the DBSync custom fields and , buttons or links are removed from the page layouts of the respective Salesforce objects.

Error:

The above screen shot would illustrate illustrates that unless all the DBSync custom fields and , buttons or links are removed from the page layouts of the respective Salesforce objects, the DBSync solution package cannot be uninstalled from the Salesforce instance.

Solution:

The Use the following are the procedures to uninstall the DBSync package from the Salesforce instance. :

1.Open the Salesforce object’s page layout, where the DBSync page layout customization has been done. For example, Account object.

2. And remove  Remove all DBSync custom fields and , buttons or links from its page layout - as shown below.:

3.Repeat the same procedures of removing to remove DBSync custom fields and , buttons or links, which are present in from all the Salesforce Objects.

4.Then, go to Build →installed packages→DBSync: QuickBooks Integration→ click on Uninstall →Uninstalling a Package.

5. Scroll down and select any one of the following options depending your requirements.:
