  1. In your Windows system where QuickBooks is installed, go to "Start\Programs\QuickBooks\Web Connector". It will open Web Connector.
  2. You can enter your password in password tab for the specified application.
  3. Click on the Text box for the application and enter your password, once done hit ENTER button on your keyboard, a confirmation message box will be displayed with message "Do you want to save this password". Click on Yes button to save your password.
  4. Your password is changed and you are now ready to run the sync.
