- In your Windows system where QuickBooks is installed, go to "Start\Programs\QuickBooks\Web Connector". It will open Web Connector.
- You can enter your password in password tab for the specified application.
- Click on the Text box for the application and enter your password, once done hit ENTER button on your keyboard, a confirmation message box will be displayed with message "Do you want to save this password". Click on Yes button to save your password.
- Your password is changed and you are now ready to run the sync.
