  1. Type in www.mydbsync.com in your browser address bar.
    Note: DBSync recommends use of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as preferred browsers
  2. Click on the button "Start your Free Trial" which will open the registration tab.
  3. Choose the source and Target connectors respectively as JIRA Service Desk and Salesforce.
  4. Select from plans that would suite your requirement by proceeding with the registration page.
  5. Activate your DBSync iPaaS account by clicking on the confirmation link sent to your registered email id.
  6. Now, Navigate to Template library section, Search for JIRA Service Desk to Salesforce Unidirectional template and Import it to your workspace  which inturn would open connector listing page.
  7. Make sure to configure JIRA Service Core, JIRA Service Desk , Salesforce  connectors with the instances for which you would like the JIRA Service Desk and Salesforce to be integrated.
