  1. In your Windows system where QuickBooks is installedTo open Web Connector, go to QuickBooks and click on "Start\Programs\QuickBooks\Web Connector". It will open Web Connector.You can enter your password in password tab for the specified  
  2. Enter your Password in the Password tab for a particular application.
  3. Click on the Text box for the application and enter your password, once done hit ENTER button on your keyboard, a confirmation message box will be displayed with message Password. Click ENTER. A confirmation message, "Do you want to save this passwordPassword" will display. Click on Click Yes button to  to save your password.
  4. Your password is changed and you are now ready to run the sync.
