Although the The template of Salesforce and NetSuite Shopify comes as one project , for better explanation with the following data flow is broken down into two sections :

  1. Data flow from Salesforce to Shopify: This section explains the data flow from Salesforce to Shopify platform and sensationalized as per entity so that readers can understand the integration requirement and configure their template without any help from DBSync support team. 

    1. Account Integration: The customer integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the account object of Salesforce and integrating with Shopify as customers.

    2. Product Integration: The product integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the product object of the Salesforce and integrating with Shopify as products.

    3. Opportunity Integration: The opportunity integration data flow constitute of retrieving data from the opportunity and oportunityline items object of Salesforce and integrating with Shopify as Orders and Orderline items.

Running The Integrations

DBSync integration of Salesforce & Shopify can be triggered by

  1. Using "Run Now" button from process listing page of DBSync.
  2. Using "DBSync scheduler".

Using "Run Now" button from DBSync platform

The user has to login to DBSync with his valid credentials and hit the "Run Now" button from the process listing page or from the workflow listing page. 

Using DBSync Scheduler 

Scheduler available in DBSync account can be used to schedule the integrations and details pertaining to usage of DBSync scheduler is available from the link Scheduler
