The below is a High Level Menu for a detailed explanation on SaaS Backup process and the steps that need to be followed:
Salesforce Notification Settings
Follow the steps:
- Log in to the DBSync Saas BR portal
- Enter login credentials
- You will be redirected to the landing page which is the apps page.
Add Apps:
- Click on Add app icon on the apps page to link your salesforce account
- A pop-up asking you to confirm login credentials to your Salesforce account will appear on the screen. Provide the username and password and click Login
- You will find the profile added under application instances
- You can also find the profile by name by using the search bar when you have more than one profile .
- Click on the profile link to go to dashboard
