5. Steps for DBSync SaaS Backup for Salesforce

The below is a High Level Menu for a detailed explanation on SaaS Backup process and the steps that need to be followed:

1. Salesforce Dashboard

   • Restore Deleted Records

Follow the steps:

• Log in to the DBSync Saas BR portal

• Enter login credentials

• You will be redirected to the landing page which is the apps page.

Add Apps:

• Click on Add app icon on the apps page to link your salesforce account

• A pop-up asking you to confirm login credentials to your Salesforce account will appear on the screen. Provide the username and password and click Login

• You will find the profile added under application instances

• You can also find the profile by name by using the search bar when you have more than one profile .

• Click on the profile link to go to dashboard
