The QuickBooks Web Connector is a software application that runs on Microsoft windows which enables specially designed web-applications to exchange data with QuickBooks products.

To install, Unzip the downloaded file to a temporary location; Probably on the server where your QuickBooks Master file resides and run the QBWebInstaller.exe program which will install QuickBooks Web Connector and .NET 4.5.1 if necessary.
Download, unzip and install QuickBooks Web Connector
Users having manually installed WebConnector 2.1.x.x or 2.2.0.x on their machines need to un-install it before installing the 2.2.0.71 version.
Delete the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Intuit\QuickBooks\QBWebConnector (32 bit system) or C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intuit\QuickBooks\QBWebConnector (64 bit system) directory
Version 2.2.0.71 only works with the following versions of QuickBooks
- U.S. editions of QuickBooks Financial Software products
- QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions (2015 or later)
- QuickBooks Premier (2015 or later)
- QuickBooks Pro (2015 or later)
- Canadian editions of QuickBooks (2015 or later)
- UK editions of QuickBooks (2015 or later)
Steps To Install Web-Connector
The following are the steps which need to be followed after you download, unzip the latest version of the QuickBooks Web Connector.
- Run the "QBWebInstaller.exe program"to start the installation.
- The program will open up a windows pop up which reads "Preparing to Install", Click on Next button where welcome screen pops up.
- Select the option "I accept the terms in the license Agreement" and then click Next to proceed.
- Now, Click on Install button to start with the installation process and the window shows the progress bar of installation.
- After a progress bar reaches 100% completion, A new window pops up with message "The Install shield Wizard has successfully installed QBWebConnector".
- Click on Finish button to complete your installation.
- Go to "Start\programs\QuickBooks\Web Connector" to start the web connector application.
