How To Search
The search can be done in two ways, One way is by "Global Search" panel located on the top right corner of the every page.The another way to search is use the "Advanced Search" functionality available on the landing page of the site. When you perform the search, the search result replaces the left side menu of this site. To return from result search to Table of content click on DBSync icon located on the left right corner of the page which shall load the actual Table of content related to this site.
After a search is performed on this site, the site will return the following.
- The number of results
- The search text in the Search Text Box
- The Topics that contains the search text
- The right pane with advanced filters like Where, What, When, Who
Other Ways To Get Help
In the application as shown in the image you can select the appropriate resource to get three forms of help.
- The community portal of DBSync is used to view knowledge articles, ask questions, read posts submitted by subject matter experts. To collaborate with the other users and contribute towards the knowledge base you must have community login credentials.
- To learn about the know how of the DBSync, You can click on Wiki link and navigate through its table to content to land on the specific article.
- To raise a ticket, You can simply Email the support by which your case is assigned to a support engineer and a user will be notified the progression of the case till closure via Emails.
