Scheduling all the necessary jobs from Task Scheduler will facilitate the data to be migrated migration of data, from Sage 100 to staging database so that the DBSync in turn processes . This will enable DBSync to process the data to Pocket Advantage. Here are Follow the steps to schedule a job so that they get scheduled at the set time intervals.

1. Login to Sage 100 with valid user credentials credentials. 

2. Search for the Task Scheduler from the search which returns the search resultSearch.

3. Clicking on the search Search result name of Task Scheduler will open out a popup which is shown in the below image image.

4. Key in the desired job name. Then, move moving the cursor to the next text box will auto populate - (1) the company code, ; (2) Sage 100 user logon, ; and (3) server user logon.

5. The user will have to key in the Sage 100 Account password and Server password and . Then, choose the type to "Visual Integrator ".

6. Set the schedule job intervals by choosing the appropriate options.

7. NowNext, choose the tab "Tasks".

8. Select the V/I Job Type  to  Export to Export (in case of reading data from Sage 100; or choose , by choosing Import in case of writing to Sage 100) and . Then, choose the V/I Job Name to appropriate 

9. Click on Accept to save Save the job.
