The Scheduler  allows you scheduler allows a user to add a process to a job scheduler (also referred to as a “cron”) so that . This enables database synchronizations can to occur automatically (as per your scheduled timethe time scheduled by the user).“Cron Settings” refer refers to the time that you are going to set for a time at which a user sets the process to perform the synchronization.

To create a schedule scheduled job, one have to follow the below guidelines.: 

  1. For creating To create a schedule scheduled job, user has to select the a process for which he wishes to create the a schedule, . Select the a date range and a repeat factor and hit the save buttonSave.
  2. The record saved will be displayed as the top record in the schedule table - as shown in the screen shotscreenshot below.
  3. The Repeat factor is usually of two types one is - (1) No Repeat - where a single job is created, executed and purged and ; or (2), if any time interval is selected, the job created will repeat for the chosen selected time intervals intervals. 
  4. To Edit a schedule scheduled job, user has to press click on the Edit button from the schedule table and make the changes from the form and in . In the case of the edition, Save As button as will be enabled so that a new record will be created, if the user hits selects save button , the same record will be over writtenoverwritten.
  5. To Delete a schedule scheduled job, click on the user has to press the Delete button the schedule table so that the Delete. The record will be purged from the database and no future schedules are will run.
