Logs

Log Files lists actions that have occurred in the platform.logs are maintained in the system to list every request made to the DBSync server, with the help of these files it's possible to get the good idea of where users are coming, what action they are performing. Log files are only created if a process is run and scheduled completed .

The log section within DBSync can be access from the menu link with in a project and the below screen shot depicts the log listing page.

1. The log listing page have filter criteria so that they can be filtered basing on the criteria of Process Name, Date Range . 
2. Click on View, to view the Detailed log for a particular sync of the processes.
3. Delete All Logs, will delete all the entries of the logs for a process along with detailed logs .
4. The status icon depicts the completed, uncompleted, error logs. 

1. user will have an option of filter the records basing on the search , Level, Step 
2. User can click on the Download button for downloading the files to the local file system.
3. Clicking on the any message, will expand the section which show detailed message description.
4. Clicking on the Error code will redirect the user to the Help Section of the site.
5. Clicking on Close button will open the Log listing page.
