Migrating to DBSync On-Premise from On-Demand


  • Go to www.mydbsync.com and click on Customer Login. Enter your USER NAME and PASSWORD and click on Login.


  • Go to My Home from top menu and Click on Launch Button in Console Area. You will be redirected to DBSync Integration Console.

  • In DBSync console click on Edit Link from Manage Toggle Button.


  • In the Process Builder console Right Click ?Download on your process name. In this tutorial the process name is "BiDirectionalSync". A screenshot is shown below

  • A Zip file will start downloading. Store the zip file on your hard disk and also keep a backup of that zip file.


  • If you have more than one profile in DBSync then follow the above steps for all the profiles.


  • Go to www.mydbsync.com and click on Customer Login. Enter your USER NAME and PASSWORD and click on Login.



  • Go to www.mydbsync.com and click on Customer Login. Enter your USER NAME and PASSWORD and click on Login.


  • Go to My Home from top menu and Click on Launch Button in Console Area. You will be redirected to DBSync Integration Console.

  • You will be redirected to DBSync console, select Process Template from top Menu to add a Process Template in DBSync Console. It will take you to Process Template Page.


  • Choose your process template according to your Integration profile. In this tutorial, I will be using "Salesforce & QuickBooks Bidirectional" Template. Click on View More Button In front of the Process Template and on the next screen click on Add Now Button.



  • A new profile will be added in profiles section with Process Template Name.

  • Click on Manage/Edit at the bottom of the DBSync console.
  • Click


  • Select the Zip file you downloaded earlier from your hard drive and click on upload. The file will be uploaded on your DBSync and your migration process is complete.
