Overview

DBSync for Salesforce Report API integration is easy to use integration solution to have the backup of reports in different databases like MySQL, SQL Server and many more.

DBSync with an automatic online update, enables customers to enjoy all the product updates and features with every new release.


Prerequisites


To facilitate the data flow between Salesforce and other databases, the user has to do the following


  • You have a valid license for DBSync to connect Salesforce Report API.

  • You should have a valid Username and Password to access the Salesforce Instance.

  • Should have valid details like hostname, port number, username and password details of the databases.


Make Sure you have a valid Username and Password to access the Salesforce Report API. For more information, follow the steps below.




Limitations


  • Make sure the number of records in any particular report is less than 2000 as Salesforce Report API returns only the first 2000 records.
  • If there are more than 2000 records then it will show only first 2000 records.
